Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the Bespoke Curiosities Studios messaging-based game services delivered via SMS and WhatsApp.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Messaging Communications

Our games operate through SMS text messaging and WhatsApp. By registering, you consent to receive messages related to gameplay. Standard message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Message frequency will vary based on your game activity.

We are not responsible for delays or failures in the receipt of messages caused by your mobile carrier, WhatsApp service disruptions, technical issues with your device, or being in an area without adequate mobile coverage.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service.

4. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding any verification codes or passwords used to access your account and for any activities or actions under your account.

You agree not to use the Service:

• In any way that violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate other users or any other person or entity
• To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service
• To attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the system or network
• To bypass any measures we may use to prevent or restrict access to the Service

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or text "EXIT" or "STOP" to opt out of all future communications.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Bespoke Curiosities Studios, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

While we strive to ensure accurate information and game functionality, we do not guarantee that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding the service including accuracy, reliability, and fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.

12. Replay and Game Purchases

Each game experience is intended to be played once per player/phone number. If you quit, abandon, or complete a game, you will need to purchase the game/experience again to replay it.

We reserve the right to limit replays or refuse service based on previous gameplay history.
